Life in color

There is no better way to express a mood than through color.

Some people chose to see in life in black and white, but I think there is much more to it than that.

In my life, I have experienced a lot of color.

I’ve lived through blue periods I thought would never brighten up.

I’ve enjoyed yellow days where the sun shined relentlessly and I’ve felt the passion of red.

My world has been splashed with shades all over the color spectrum.

This phase of my life is green: growth, life and freshness.

New friends, experiences and opportunities are creating a bright array of green in this season.

I’ve been making a conscious effort to say "yes" more and seek discomfort, and it has stretched me in the most wonderful way.

A plant can only grow as big as its pot allows.

It needs room to experience growth- more room than a comfort zone allows.

To live a vibrant life, I must expand beyond what I know.

I must learn from those around me, do what I have never done and go where I have never been.

The dark gray of the unknown can seem daunting at times, but it is not insurmountable.

The reward is worth the risk.

You can sit idly by while the color wheel spins, or you can dip your brush into the paint and create your own artwork.

You can choose to stay comfortable and monochromatic, or you can embrace the vibrancy of all the rainbow has to offer.

I want to embrace all the shades of life and dive headfirst into every hue.

I want to live a colorful life.
