Rape victim shares her story, hopes to help other women

Almost six months after graduating from high school in Waco, Texas, sophomore Rebecca Rogers found herself lost and alone in an seedy neighborhood of Chicago. Rogers, who emptied her savings to buy airfare, had moved to Chicago without any clear-cut reasons, other than the restless spirit and unruly waywardness commonly associated with eighteen-year-olds.
